We want you to feel confident with every lighting piece you bring into your home. If something isn’t the right fit, we’ll do our best to help within the guidelines below.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date for most items.
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- All components, hardware, manuals, and protective materials must be included.
- Items must be in resellable condition with no signs of use, damage, or alteration.
How to Start a Return
Please do not send items back without approval. To begin a return:
- Contact us with your order number, item(s), and reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
- If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization with return instructions.
- Repackage the item securely in its original packaging and follow the provided instructions.
Returns sent without authorization may be refused or delayed.
Restocking Fees & Return Shipping
Because lighting products require careful handling and specialized packaging, the following terms apply to most standard (change-of-mind) returns:
- 15% restocking fee applies to approved standard returns that are not due to damage, defect, or shipping error.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for standard returns.
- Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before the return is finalized.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us promptly so we can assist.
- Inspect all items immediately upon delivery.
- Report issues within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- Include a brief description of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will coordinate with the warehouse to determine the best resolution, which may include:
- Replacement parts
- Item replacement
- Refund or store credit
- Return for inspection (when required)
For confirmed defects, shipping damage, or incorrect items, restocking fees are waived. Return shipping is handled according to supplier guidelines and the approved resolution for your order.
Freight, Oversized & Special Handling Returns
Some oversized or specialty lighting items may require scheduled pickup or additional carrier handling. If applicable, we’ll provide specific return instructions and outline any pickup or carrier requirements with your Return Authorization.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page.
- Installed, wired, or used lighting fixtures.
- Items without original packaging or missing parts.
- Products showing signs of wear, modification, or improper installation.
- Custom or special-order items (when noted).
- Digital products and gift cards.
Refused Deliveries
Refused deliveries are treated as returns. If a shipment is refused, return shipping and restocking fees may apply. Shipping fees paid at checkout remain non-refundable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly once placed.
- Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.
- If the order has not yet entered processing, we will do our best to accommodate the request.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process after delivery.
Refund Timing
After a returned item is received and inspected (when required), approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Inspection typically occurs within several business days of receipt.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
Exchanges are generally handled as a return and new purchase. If you’d like help selecting a different finish, size, or style, our team is happy to assist.
